As of June 24, 2024, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Inc., USA (“Glenmark”) voluntarily recalled certain lots of its Potassium Chloride Extended Release Capsules 750 mg. See recall announcement. Please consult with your healthcare provider or physician before you discontinue use.  Do not discard the product.

Consumers who purchased product that are the subject of this recall may be eligible for reimbursement of their out-of-pocket (co-pay) expenses incurred in the purchase of the product. Consumers can call Inmar Rx Solutions at 877-883-9273, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, and must provide the following information required for verification of their purchase of the impacted product:

• NDC number of the dispensed product, Lot/Batch No., and Expiration Date, which can be found on the outside packaging of the product;
• Pharmacy receipt showing the date of purchase and payment of the out-of-pocket (co-pay) expense.
